The double room for rent is furnished with a king size bed that has draws for storage, there is also a wardrobe.
The kitchen is of good size and has a microwave, blender, washing machine, large freezer etc.. There is no garden but there is room for a bike in the courtyard. Next door is a large park perfect for long summer days and BBQs.
The house is located right in the heart of Exeter by the Clock Tower and is 5 mins walk from Central station and 10 mins walk from St Davids station and Uni.
The rent is £425pcm with one months deposit. ALL bills are included such as (Gas, Electric, Water, Council Tax, SKY, Unlimited wireless broadband, TV license)
